Top-up Learning

Here you can check out your skills and experience against the requirements for the Diploma in Applications of ICT in Libraries. Remember that this feature is designed for library staff that have already undertaken training. By browsing the section titles within the unit outcomes you will be able to get an idea of where you need some additional input. Alternatively, if you wish, you can just work sequentially through the material for the unit in which you are interested.

The web pages for the top-up material display best with a large browser window whose height is that of the monitor screen. Do adjust your browser window when you start viewing the material. As well as giving useful information, the top-up material includes two types of exercise for you to increase your competence:

This symbol is used to indicate an Activity for you to complete.

This symbol is used to indicate a Task which you should complete before proceeding any further.

Now you can access the top-up material to help get yourself on the route to obtaining certification for the study you have undertaken.
