The elements of the citation are as follows:

Wilson - Author's surname

Mary - Author's forename

1998 - Date of publication of item

The theory of topology revisited - Title of item

http://www.scienceforourtime.org.uk - URL for website on which item was found.

4 May 2005 - Date this site was accessed

Note that because web pages change constantly and can disappear it is important to give the date on which the site was accessed.
