Concluding the learning experience

Hopefully the learning has been a positive experience for the client and they are interested in taking things further. But do not be discouraged if the client does not want to sign up for further learning immediately. It may be that the learning just completed has achieved all the client's current goals and they wish to pause at this point meantime.

This is a satisfactory outcome because you can be sure that a satisfied client who has found the package stimulating and relevant is likely to return to the library in future looking for advice and guidance on other learning.
