Key areas of learning

You should identify the criteria to be used to identify which areas of learning have been of particular significance to you personally in your own specific job role. These criteria might include areas such as: enhancement of skills, impact on job role, usefulness of skills/knowledge acquired etc. (350 words)

Once the criteria have been established, you should use them to identify the areas of learning which have had the greatest personal and professional significance to you. (350 words)

You should relate the areas selected to your own current or projected job role. An area may be of importance because you wish to move into a specific job role, eg: the "Reader Development" unit might be of particular significance to someone who was not currently working in that area, but wished to do so. (350 words)
